1- Select a ship and destination- New ships attract the most takers.
2- Select a date- Flexibility with dates allows for best pricing options.
3- Find out how many people would be interested in traveling with you. How many cabins would you like to hold? We will arrange for the cruise line to hold the amount of cabins you desire for your group.
4- Determine what type of accomodations most people would prefer. (inside, ocean view, balcony) Suites are also available on a first come, first served basis.
5- Contact Cruise Planners to get started and to receive your official group price quote.
What Cruise Planners will do...
1- Find you the best available pricing and amenities for your group cruise. (Private cocktail parties, shipboard credits, chocolate covered strawberries, wine, champagne, spa credits, casino credits and more.)
2- Help with promoting your group, by providing customized flyers with detailed information regarding your ship, pricing, itinerary and payment dates.
3- We collect all deposits and send all cruise documents, confirmations and tickets directly to the members of your group.
4- We will provide quotes for travel insurance. Encourage everyone to purchase insurance. We can tell you horror stories about traveling without insurance!
5- We can come to your next group meeting to go over details of your cruise, and answer any questions with your group.
